Service Agreement: We kindly request payment upon completion of services. To maintain efficient operations, a late payment fee of $40.00 will be applied to payments received after two (2) calendar days. A walkthrough will be conducted post-service to ensure your complete satisfaction. Should you notice any areas requiring attention within 24 hours, please contact us, and we will return to rectify the issue promptly.

Cancellation Policy:  In the event a client confirms an appointment and subsequently cancels the appointment on the same day of the scheduled service, a cancellation fee of $50.00 shall be applied.

Consultation: A consultation shall be conducted prior to the commencement of any cleaning service. During the consultation, all client-specific cleaning needs and preferences shall be thoroughly discussed and documented. This includes, but is not limited to, identification of areas requiring special attention, specific cleaning products preferred, and any unique circumstances of the residence. Recognizing the variability of individual residences, the cleaning service shall be tailored to meet the specific needs identified during the consultation. Any additional cleaning requirements not initially identified during the consultation must be communicated to the service provider at the time of the consultation. Failure to disclose additional requirements may result in the service provider being unable to adequately prepare for the scheduled cleaning or extra fee. We shall utilize the information gathered during the consultation to ensure all necessary resources and personnel are prepared for the scheduled cleaning.

Damages:

Immediate Notification:

In the event of accidental damage caused by an employee during the provision of cleaning services, the client shall be notified immediately.

Damage Assessment:

A thorough assessment of the damage shall be conducted at the time of the incident and documented during the post-service walkthrough.

Client Notification Period:

Clients are required to notify us  of any discovered damages within 48 hours of service completion.

Claim Denial: 

Claims reported beyond the 48 hour notification period may be denied. Majestic Home Cleaning Services LLC  reserves the right to deny claims if the damage is determined to be the result of faulty or improper installation of client property.

Last Minute Booking: Last minute booking will have an extra charge of $50 added to cleaning service fee.
